To be eligible to withdraw funds from your jjl7 account, you must have completed KYC identity verification and have a verified payment method registered in your name. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit into your jjl7 account, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in your name.
jjl7 aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of pending requests. jjl7 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions after funds have been dispatched.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your jjl7 account dashboard. jjl7 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Please refer to Section 7 (Bonuses & Promotions) and the specific terms of each promotion for details.

In any event, jjl7's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jjl7 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jjl7 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, power outages, internet service disruptions, or cyberattacks.
jjl7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if jjl7 determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if jjl7 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
You may close your jjl7 account at any time by contacting jjl7 support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
